Teaching & Training by Design, LLC (T&T by Design) is a consulting company that focuses on organizational systems and change. It is our belief that change must be systemic and connected to daily operations in order to be sustained. In order to change the behaviors or skill base of employees, organizations must begin to shift their cultural understanding and composition.

T&T by Design partners with organizations to explore and identify the barriers to success, while creating a Plan of Action (PAC) that will assist in facilitating the desired change.
